He can already see she's sulking, even from the off-set, but after he hears the words 'you and Ray' he takes that as he cue to slink quickly away from the bull pen and away from crazy Frannie logic. He really didn't need to hear what she had to say on the whole topic, considering the odd assumptions she tended to come up with in even the most normal of scenarios.
